This Shipping and Delivery Policy (this \u201cPolicy\u201d) explains how Tangabula LLC (\u201cTangabula,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through the website located at tangabula.com (the \u201cSite\u201d). It covers our processing times, the carriers and shipping methods we use, how shipping costs are calculated, and how we handle tracking, delivery problems, and other common shipping situations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.<\/p>

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy, each of which is available on the Site. The shipping address, contact details, and related information you provide at checkout are collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment terms, order acceptance, and the way disputes are resolved are governed by our Terms and Conditions. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy. Orders are processed within one to two (1\u20132) business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing on the next business day.<\/p>

Processing time is the period we need to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. It is separate from the delivery time quoted for your chosen shipping method, and the two should be added together to estimate when your order will arrive. During new collection launches, promotional periods, and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and we will note any expected delay on the Site where practical. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Orders are shipped from the United States through the United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout you may choose from the following service levels, subject to availability for your destination:<\/p>

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): estimated delivery within five to seven (5\u20137) business days after dispatch. Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): estimated delivery within two to three (2\u20133) business days after dispatch. Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): estimated delivery within one to two (1\u20132) business days after dispatch, where available.<\/p>

All delivery estimates are measured from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed, and they do not include our processing time. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary based on the destination, the carrier\u2019s operations, and factors outside our control. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing it, using the details in Section 20, and we will do our best to help. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, the shipping method you select, and the weight and dimensions of your order. The total shipping cost is displayed for your review before you complete your purchase. From time to time we may offer free or reduced-rate shipping above a stated order value or as part of a promotion. Where such an offer applies, the qualifying threshold and any conditions will be shown at checkout or on the relevant promotional page.<\/p>

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the tax rules that apply to that location. We ship to all fifty (50) United States states, the District of Columbia, and United States territories served by USPS. Standard, Priority, and Express options are available at checkout as described in Section 3, subject to carrier coverage for your address. Delivery timeframes are consistent across the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and United States territories may take additional time in transit and, in some cases, may be limited to specific service levels.<\/p>

For security, certain higher-value orders, including select jewelry pieces, may be shipped with signature confirmation, which means an adult may need to be present to receive and sign for the package. Where signature confirmation applies, it will be arranged by us at no additional cost to you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Because we ship with USPS, we are able to deliver to Post Office (PO) boxes and to military and diplomatic addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. When shipping to these addresses, please select a USPS service and enter the address exactly as formatted by USPS. Delivery to military and diplomatic addresses may take longer than standard domestic delivery, and certain expedited options and tracking updates may be limited for these destinations. Signature-confirmation and express services may not be available for all PO box or military addresses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to the United States, we currently ship to Canada. Estimated delivery for international orders is five to seven (5\u20137) business days for express service and seven to fourteen (7\u201314) business days for economy service, measured from the date of dispatch and excluding any time held in customs. International delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays. We may expand or adjust the countries we serve at any time, and the destinations available to you will be shown at checkout.<\/p>

Our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy sets out how returns and exchanges are handled. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined and assessed by the destination country\u2019s customs authority, not by Tangabula. They are the responsibility of the customer, are separate from and not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to us, and are typically collected by the carrier or local authorities before or upon delivery.<\/p>

We are not able to predict, calculate, or control these charges, and we cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare values lower than the actual purchase price, as doing so is unlawful. Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in your package being delayed, returned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority, and any return shipping or handling costs incurred as a result may be deducted from any amount otherwise due to you. Tangabula is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address associated with your order. This email includes your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment through the USPS tracking portal at usps.com. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours after receiving your confirmation for the first tracking scan to appear in the carrier\u2019s system, as tracking becomes active once the carrier processes the package.<\/p>

If you have created an account, tracking details may also be available in your account order history. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a reasonable time after the processing window described in Section 2, please check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us using the details in Section 20.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The carrier will attempt delivery to the address you provide at checkout. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice, make one or more additional attempts, or hold the package at a local facility for pickup, in accordance with its own procedures. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and to respond promptly to any carrier notices, including arranging redelivery or pickup within the time allowed.<\/p>

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, delivery was refused, or the carrier was unable to complete delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to send the order again. If you no longer wish to receive the order after it is returned to us, any refund or store credit will be handled in accordance with our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details in Section 20. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that a change can be made once processing has begun.<\/p>

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are generally unable to redirect or change the delivery address. Tangabula is not responsible for orders delivered to, or delayed because of, an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before we can reship it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, it is handled and delivered under the carrier\u2019s control. If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you first check around your delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier directly to open a trace or claim, as the carrier is best positioned to investigate.<\/p>

If a shipment appears lost, stolen, or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us using the details in Section 20 so that we can assist. To help us investigate, please report the issue within a reasonable time, generally within thirty (30) days of the expected delivery date, and provide your order number and tracking information. While we will gladly help you work with the carrier to locate a package or file a claim, Tangabula cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier\u2019s possession. Where a carrier claim is successful, we will pass through any recovery to which you are entitled.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This means that, from the moment the carrier takes possession of your package, responsibility for it during transit rests with the carrier under its terms of service. Tangabula is not responsible for delays caused by these events, and published delivery estimates do not apply while they are in effect.
